GLP-1 setup & doses

Add or edit your medication, change dose schedule, or fix a missed log from Profile → Medications.

Scanning issues

If a scan misidentifies your bottle, tap the result to edit any field. Make sure the label is well-lit and in focus.

Notifications not working

Enable notifications under iPhone Settings → FitPilot → Notifications. Background app refresh should be on.

Subscriptions & refunds

Manage your subscription in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.

Account deletion & data export

Profile → Privacy → Delete account. We process deletion within 30 days. Export your data the same way.
