Terms of Service

Welcome to FitPilot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FitPilot mobile app and related services (the "Service") operated by Sentez Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FitPilot. The Service is not designed for minors and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

2. Not medical advice

FitPilot is an informational and wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Interaction warnings, dosage assessments, stack scores, and timing suggestions are educational only. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or supplement.

3. AI scan accuracy

Supplement identification uses computer vision and large language models. Results are confidence-based and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify ingredients against the physical label and consult a qualified professional for medical decisions. You can manually correct any AI-identified field.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Free trial: new users receive a limited number of free supplement scans (the exact amount may vary by A/B test cohort).
• Weekly plan: $6.99 per week, billed weekly.
• Annual plan: $49.99 per year (approximately $0.96 per week), billed annually.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew through your Apple ID unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: handled by Apple per App Store policy.

5. Affiliate links

FitPilot may include affiliate links to Amazon, iHerb, or other retailers. These links are labeled "Sponsored." We may receive a commission if you purchase through them at no additional cost to you. GLP-1 medications are never monetized via affiliate links.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload content that is misleading, harmful, infringing, or that impersonates another person.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Circumvent rate limits, free-tier limits, or A/B test assignments.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

7. User content

You retain ownership of photos and entries you submit (e.g. supplement bottle scans, check-in notes). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process this content solely to operate, improve, and personalize the Service for you.

8. Intellectual property

FitPilot, the FitPilot logo, and all software, content, and design are owned by Sentez Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs are accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentez Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
